1. How do we use the collected data?

The data collected from the website during its operation is used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and kept for the strictly necessary time to carry out the specified activities, and in any case no more than 3 months.
Data used for security purposes (blocking attempted attacks on the website) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the previously indicated purpose.

2. Is the data provision mandatory?

The provision of personal data is mandatory exclusively for the treatments necessary for the provision of the services offered by Cipolla Gioielli s.r.l. Reading, exporting and deleting personal data processing

To export your personal data (takeout) or request its deletion, you can send a request to the email address info@cipollagioielli.com.
Your personal data will be exported within 30 days or, in the event that the export is particularly complex, within three months.
The deletion will be carried out within the technical times envisaged and in compliance with the conservation period specified in the following point 5.

5. How and for how long will your data be stored?

Data is collected by the subjects indicated in point 3, in accordance with the applicable regulations, with particular reference to the security measures provided for in the GDPR (Article 32) for their processing using computerized, manual and automated tools and with logic strictly correlated to the purposes indicated in point 1 and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
In compliance with applicable regulations, an anti-spam system is active on communications between users. The data inserted therein may be verified for the sole purpose of identifying illegal activities or content not in compliance with the General Conditions of Service, but will not be processed or communicated for commercial or promotional purposes.
